Diana Cordova, CPA
Managing Principal
Diana brings 15 years of professional experience, Diana has spent 5 years in the assurance department and gained a solid foundation in the public sector working with New Mexico governmental entities of various sizes. She has extensive generally accepted governmental auditing standards experience and has performed financial audits, accounting and consulting, and audits of federal grants in accordance with Uniform Guidance for a wide array of governmental entities. She also worked for a global Fortune 500 company in the internal audit department for 2 years. She also has 8 years of experience as the Business Manager role in schools and is familiar with a variety of accounting software packages. She oversees the CFO and Management Advisory segment of our firm and any accounting services.
Robert Cordova, CPA
Principal
A CPA and a trusted advisor, Bobby has practiced public accounting since 2001, with the majority of his experience, expertise, and training focused on serving the public sector (state and local governments throughout the Southwest and NonProfit Organizations), commercial closely-held business, and Employee Benefit Plans. Bobby has extensive generally accepted governmental auditing standards experience and has performed financial audits, accounting and consulting, and audits of federal grants in accordance with the Uniform Guidance for all types of public sector entities. He has developed a reputation for success while serving clients in New Mexico, Arizona and Texas and is heavily involved from the commencement of our engagement and throughout the duration until the financial statements are issued.
Bobby oversees the entire audit process on all our audit and attest clients. This includes the design of the overall service model, training of staff, quality control throughout the process, signing of the audit report and final delivery, and responding to follow up and technical questions.
Robert Gonzales, CPA
Principal
Robert has performed accounting services for a wide range of industries throughout New Mexico for over 10 years. As a CPA, Robert has managed engagements ranging from audits, audits under the Uniform Guidance, consulting, tax, bookkeeping, CFO outsourcing, and also lead governmental State wide trainings for several years. Over the last 5 years, Robert has specialized in audits of state and local governments, as well as working for, and consulting with entities around New Mexico. Robert’s experience has given him extensive knowledge of generally accepted governmental auditing standards, federal grants in accordance with the Uniform Guidance, and the experience to understand the resource needs and resource stresses of being the auditee.
As one of 3 principals at CCPAs, Robert assists in overseeing the entire audit process on all of our assurance and attest clients. Robert is familiar with various accounting systems and also has experience in the healthcare industry.
